Wrongly closed account

Yesterday I called EE to ask for myself (rather than my wife) to be the main contact or our account with you as I am the one who discusses upgrades and add on with you. When it was her as the contact I had to call whilst she was close by so she could verify I could speak to you which was crazy. The account was apparently amended with me as the main contact but now it appears the whole account has been closed and neither of us have access to it - apart from to see that you have issued a final bill. Please can you tell me what is going on !!!

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.

All you needed to do was to get your wife to instruct CS to appoint you as her representative when phoning them. Your would choose your security Q. W/out touching her MYEE a/c at all.
