I recently entered into a IPhone 14 plus contract all is doing in a tricky way. After checking my credit check the lady is saying this was a hard credit check if you left the shop may be for next 6 month you will be not eligible with any company. When I asked him plan after discussion I purchased the plan 75£ for month I made my 1st payment now in the second month ask me for payment of approx 175£ on asking telling me that 75£ for this 75£ for advance and rest is international roaming charges. I asked them to provide me bill customer care is saying you can download online but when I am trying to download my previous bills the app is not working. Can anyone help me on this regard I badly stuck with all the things???
