Why is my estimated bill £998 over my bill - due to account charges?

So I looked at my estimated bill and there says there's account charges of £998 added on showing an estimated total of £1,350 when my bill is usually around £210-£260 each month

Good afternoon @alpha3coaching

I understand how concerning this must be.

Please could you confirm if you have recently made any changes such as processing an upgrade?

Same issue.

Took out Apple Watch but returned it within 14 days yet estimated bill has a near £1000 charge on it as one off charge.

EE need to address this and explain what it means

Hi @AaronJay1

I'm sure this will have been a shock to see. If this is estimated, it will include any pending equipment charges and may not have taken any credits towards that into consideration.

It may be worth speaking to our team over the phone who have account access and can put your mind at rest.

Lesley

Cheers and yes I will.

I will wait until the bill is produced before contacting C

watch was received on 7th December and line closed 18th

Thanks for the info @AaronJay1

It sounds like everything will be fine if the line has been cancelled, but any issues, our team will sort it.
