Why is it itemised usage stops working half way through the month

This website is a joke there is always a problem I check usage because I four lines and every month I pay more then I should

Ee goes on hoe its the best at everything but can't get there app to work stop messing around with it then excuses all.the time

I am sorry to hear this, does the same happen using the EE app and logging in through a web browser? 

Do you get an error message?
