I currently have 2 sim contracts with you. I was paying £6.88 each for them and now they are £12 each. WHY? You are taking the **bleep**.

Hi @MikeE68

What does your bill say.

There is no account access on these forums. If you want more information then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@MikeE68  I recognise your name so I looked at your post history and there is only one other post from yourself,  so looking at your very first post from 2 years ago now it’s very possible you had these sims at a retention offer and it’s possible not saying it is that now the contract term is up that discount has now been removed.   As @Northerner  says what does your bill actually say.

After speaking to someone in chat It appears that my contract ended. I came over from Plusnet.

They said that I was messaged about a new contract change but I didn't see it as it's in the middle of all the spam offers I keep getting sent on an almost weekly basis. I ignore all those messages as I don't want to swap BB provider or want a new phone. etc. etc.

Important messages that are likely to cost you money. £24 a month in my case for 2 sims instead of £13.76 should be sent as a separate message.

Thanks for taking to time to reply 😊
