Why do you not listen

Iv just joined ee from bt iv upgraded my grangaughters phone (the bill is in my name) for Christmas and because its my grandaughters phone number on account they keep sending her text asking lots of questions about her new devise and similar things  it's totaly ruined the suprise I'm so annoyed I'm thinking of cancelling the contract they just will not listen WHY

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened. I'm not sure what we're able to do now to fix this, but if you would like to discuss it further, I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can register a complaint against your account.
