I have ordered a phone and no confirmation

I have ordered a phone and payed the deposit I haven’t received a confirmation email so can’t track it. It’s also not showing in my orders it just says page unavailable. The money has been taken fro my bank,should I be worried

Can't Make or Receive Calls

I'm in Norway and have roaming enabled with unlimited data and UK calls. Data services - email, internet - work well but I can't make or receive calls. What do I need to do to make phone calls?

Smart 4G Hub keeps dropping signal

Hello: can anyone help: I have a ee smart 4g hub and the wifi keeps dropping out (usually about 24 hours after it last did it), even though the signal is strong. So I restart it and it works fine immediately. Any suggestions?

Resolved! reactivate my sim

Hi,I haven't used my sim in a while and my service seems to be deactivated. I've tried calling 150 to reactivate but it says i need credit however the sim has credit. When I sign in on EE.co.uk i see i have £8.10 and everything looks normal.
