Why am i getting my service cancelled even though inpaid my bill?

Man paid 212.24 already for my phone bill as i got a new upgrade…. But now they cancelled my service saying i gotta pay the full total of £202 even though ive paid. EE took extra money off me and theyre refunding me that money but now that refund theyre asking for it back tf
