Where is my £100 refund

My EE order was cancelled on the 6th July and it's now the 11th yet I still have received my refund EE was supposed to give me. I had paid an £100 upfront cost for a monthly contract phone which is currently still pending on my bank account,however EE had cancelled my order on the same day so I am expecting a refund. I have tried to track my order number to see whether there's any information in when my refund will be in my account but it hasn't worked.

If the charge shows as pending this will not be taken and will be removed if the order was cancelled. 

 

If the funds have been deducted from your balance, this will be refunded to you. If you would like to check the refund is in place, please call us on 0800 956 6000.

@ttiamarie1  If it still says pending on your bank then at the present there is no refund to the give because EE haven’t taken it yet.   
you cannot track anything about refunds via any means whatsoever and if you are owned refund you will receive this back within seven working days.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
