When is my contract finished

Hi just wanted to know when is my contract is finished as my phone bill is 51 a month as it should be 41 so I’ll be leaving ee as ur too expensive

Welcome to the community,

You should be able to find this out yourself, either by looking at the app or by logging into your account via the website. You can also ring customer service and they can take a look for you and also see what plan they can offer to save you money, once you are near the end of your contract.

If you still want to leave and go to another network and keep your number, make sure that you have your PAC code, which you will be able to pass on to your next network, once you have registered with them and got your SIM card.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
