Hi,
I am writing to get more information/help with upgrading my tablet to a sim only plan. It has been out of contract now for over 6 months but I've been still paying the 40 pounds a month for it. I am wanted to change the plan to something cheaper as it is not due an upgrade. But I am unable to do it on the app and our local store has closed. Please help

@Gemmalea call customer services and upgrade and take out a Sim only contract for it. You can do this via your online my EE account or app.

/\ /\ /\ what @Chris_B says, whilst your talking to Customer Services, ask them what your last 6 months of Data Use has been so you have some idea of your Data Usage and take out a correct Sim Only plan for your monthly Data Use.
