Want my upfront money back

They take my upfront payment 30£ but say that I’m eligible for this.

@Aliafsar09   Any upfront costs towards a new device have to be paid.   You might have a free upgrade but that just means you don’t have anything to pay to terminate your current contract.

Does it show as a pending or completed payment in your online banking?
