It’s just their company jargon. Or they don’t know or new to the job mate. It’s on there somewhere.

I can find where to view it, it just won't load. The new website update is crap and I can't get things to load at all.

If you log into EE Home and select 'Bills and Payments' along the top of the home page, can you view your bills?

Like I said, no. The page is just white with that stupid green spinning load icon in the middle.
