Why can't EE be more like BT and provide a VAT calculation on the bill? I will switch to another provider if they don't sort this out.

EE undercharged me 70p in November 24 but when they added to the next bill they added it with vat, 84p. Incorrect and illegal. It was their error I was undercharged but when claiming it back they add vat? In my case it was only 14p but how many customers have they done this to. They could take in a tidy wee sum
