I have just spent an infuriating amount of time with EE this morning. I understand that it is not the policy to provide a VAT invoice as standard on a personal account. However, how are you addressing the needs of those who do not have a business phone and are asked to provide a VAT invoice when reclaiming calls from their personal phone. This is very poor customer service. I have just checked numerous other providers, who although no longer provide it as standard, have a simple option to request it. I have been with EE a very long time, but if I can't get VAT invoices from you, without a business account, I will have to take my contract elsewhere.
