Hi,

I have a charge per month on my account that I thought was insurance but looking closely its not as my insurance is part of my monthly bill. How do I find out about this extra charge?

If you download the bill in your My EE account, does the bill breakdown show what the extra charge is for?

If this is not showing any extra charge, do you have any chargeable add-ons showing in your My EE account under plans and add-ons?

It's not in my bill breakdown. I have a charge of £12.06 that has nothing to do with my current plan.

Nope. I've checked through text and my bill breakdown, I only see my monthly charge which is what I've paid since Dec 2019. Its only recently I've seen this extra charge for £12.06 that I have no idea what it is, I'm just curious to find out how to know what it is if it's not on my account.
