Upgrades!

I recently took out a new contract (I am not on a flex plan), for an S24Ultra. At the time, the plan is took out quite clearly said "can upgrade handset any time after 15 days"

The wording for new contracts online has changed since, and it no longer mentions this feature. Will EE staff know what I'm talking about when I fancy a change?

@RADIO2   What does your contract say.   ?  What’s offered now and the T&Cs of these contracts don’t apply to your contract that you agreed to.
