Upgraded my contract, still charged old rate and allowance not updated

My contract was coming to an end, I upgraded to SIM only buty allowance has just refreshed at 10gb of data not the new 125gb I was expecting, upgraded online and had to call to confirm, all seemed well untill now...

@aidanmacgregor  Your new contract the Sim only will start once you’ve reached your minimum term of your old contract.

This was the problem, i mistook the billing date and contract renewal date, thanks 🙂
