Hi, 

I'm not due an upgrade until November 2024, however I have briken my phone over xmas, and as I have been an ee customer for 20 years do you think I could upgrade without charge?

I'm really sorry to hear that your phone is broken. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check your account and run through your options with you.

Hi,

I have checked on the app but its saying I have to pay an early upgrade fee
£280+ which means it will cost me to much.

Are ee allowed to over ride this given my 20 years loyalty?
