Upgrade?

When I text upgrade to 150 it says Upgrade early and get the latest handset today! You can even reduce the fee by giving us your old handset. Upgrade today: call us on 150, go to shop.ee.co.uk, or find your local store at ee.co.uk/store-finder I clicked the link and it took me to a page where I can choose the new iPhone and a different deal is this a separate deal than the one I am currently on or when I check out can I send this current iPhone back and cancel my deal for the new deal and new iPhone i don’t understand
