My bill appears to be wrong. I recently added my partner onto my account and his bill should be discounted as an additional line but this doesn’t show when I look at what they are taking in the next couple of days.

There's no access to individual customer accounts on this public forum.
You should contact EE CS on 150 for specific billing issues.
