I had to get in touch to find out my upgrade date as it’s no longer available to see in the account (annoying) and was told the date and also told “I would suggest that you please upgrade after 7 days for better deals and offers.” And apparently this is because better offers would be available. Is there any truth to this? Because it just raised more questions which the agent couldn’t answer

I'm not sure how you would get a better deal seven days after your upgrade date.

My thoughts exactly. Unless they’re saying deals change in this time? They wouldn’t explain it
