Hello, I am interested in an early upgrade. I am currently using a Google 7 pro,I own this particular phone, the phone under contract is a Galaxy flip 4.when I go through the upgrade process is is saying I need to swap by Google pixel 7 pro, which I do not want to do. How can I change the upgraded phone to the one under contract. Ian

You might need to contact EE customer services and speak with one of the upgrade teams.

The system is probably picking up the phone you're using rather than the phone you have in your agreement with EE.
