I was looking to upgrade my phone on the app this morning. The iPhone 14pro is advertised at £52 per month (was£64) when I called the advisor had no record of this deal and couldn’t match it. Can you check this for me please? Also I have a bluelight discount card that offers a 20% discount to new customers? Are you able to match this for a customer that’s been with you for 12 years now?? Is this deal for new or existing customers?

If you log in to your My EE online it will show all your upgrade options and what is available for yourself.

The deal is on my app so must be existing customers, it says £52 monthly (was £64) but when I select it, it’s actually £68 with £30 upfront. I was told by an advisor to contact you online as you apparently have different deals? I was also told I could have an online chat regarding this but I cannot find the function?? You also haven’t clarified the bluelight discount I asked about in my original question??

The community does not have account access so we won't be able to process an upgrade, however, if you could please take a print screen of the offer you are seeing and pop this over in a private message I will see if I can look into this further for you. 

If you have a code generated for your bluelight discount this can be applied when upgrading or taking out a new eligible line.
