My online account clear states I am eligible for an upgrade at no extra cost. However when try it online the shop is down. So called and was advised not eligible for an upgrade. I have gone back online and double checked still says I can upgrade. So I have screen shot it. I am frustrated with the conflicting information as my husband could do with an upgrade due to difficulty in charging the current handset.
anyone else had/having this problem ?
