Hi, I’m due for an upgrade as my contract runs out soon, but it’s telling me I’m not the account holder and I need to get in contact with them to upgrade, but I am the account holder? just want to sort it out before my contract ends.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
