I am due an upgrade in a few days and when i look on the options for phones on my account they all say not available to me?

Thanks for coming here. 

Does the same happen if you log into your My EE account on the EE Shop and select upgrade?

Can you text UP to 150, does this show you are eligible to upgrade?
