Upgrade

My 24 maths contact will end on 28 Nove 2022... £20/80GB monthly.

1) In my EE app, I clicked upgrade > phone + plan or sim only> I clicked sim only > the page was blank saying 'your contact is nullnull'.  With no sim plans shown on the page

Can someone please tell me what to do sim only upgrade from that blank page?

2) As I am not using this sim much now. I  want to go for cheaper monthly plan. Do I need to contact EE ( 30 days in advance) to cancel my current contract first or no need to call up ? Then go for a new sim plan?

Are you able to try using another browser?

 

If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend calling our Customer Care team.
