My phone was eligible for an upgrade as I was out of contract. I’ve received a new sim & phone. Do I have to cancel my existing phone ?! Or does it just happen automatically?

@EmmaB02 : If you've really taken an upgrade & not an entirely new contract, your upgrade auto replaces your old contract.
