Upgrade

So Ive tried upgrading from contract to SIM only but its still saying i have an upgrade available. What should I do?

Welcome to the EE Community,

When you upgrade from a 24 month contract to a sim only contract your allowed to upgrade straight back a 24 month contract with a new device that's why your seeing the option to upgrade again 🙂
