Hi,
I’m due an upgrade for both my phone and my watch. It lets me upgrade my watch online no problem but when I want to upgrade my phone it’s saying there are no plans available on all phones I look at. How can I upgrade online?

Hi, I was due to upgrade a few months ago but I’ve held off. I got my phone through a third party site but got my watch direct from EE if that helps?

In this case, please give us a call on 150, your My EE account will need to be looked into so you can upgrade online. They can also help you upgrade over the phone if you like.
