Hi I'm trying to upgrade but when I click on the phone plan or sim only it says sorry no suitable plans available. Thanks in advance

@salimatabjallow Are you within your upgrade period? If you text UPGRADE to 150 what does it say in the reply message?

When I logged into my EE account it says that I can upgrade, my contract ends on 18/06/2022

@salimatabjallow try clearing your browser history and cookies and then try again.
