No early upgrade fee within 100 days left on contract

I’ve literally got off phone to ee and was told I can upgrade 100 days before 

mans my early upgrade is not untill june

but you know ee they make and break rules

@Ademachanic69  You’ve been offered something and not all customers get this offer but I think you’ll find in order to do this you have to have the same or more costly tariff than you have now.  

This isn’t breaking the rules as it’s an offer that’s up to you if you want to take them up on it you don’t have to it’s your choice.
