Hi,

I have literally just upgraded through the app after being out of contract for a while.

When will my new contract start? I load up the app and it's still showing my previous plan and allowences?

The plan won't change until your new phone has been dispatched, you will get a text to let you know when this has changed 🙂

Once the order has been processed the charge will be added for the phone.

Hi,

I upgraded to a new plan and new handset.

Plan is the essential 125, moved from the essential 30, and upgraded to a newer phone. I paid the £30 upfront cost and have an order confirmation email, but my app still shows me on the essential 30, and also shows my account £30 in credit?
