I have less than 30 days on my contract, but my online account states upgrade not available. I did request a PAC code a few days ago, but I haven't used it and want to stay with EE.

@Gtrev : By requesting your PAC you have placed your account in a pending state. You can't do anything with it until the PAC expires its 30 days.

You can ask EE to cancel the PAC and your upgrade options may appear again.
