Resolved! Number Ported - People on EE network still seeing temporary number
OK - a little bit of a strange one here.We took out an additional line last week - all went well and we received the SIM on Wednesday. Obviously we were given a number to use with the new SIM. As soon as we were setup, we started the porting process....

Activating a replacement SIM
I have exactly the same problem now. I’ve ordered new sim when I insert new sim obviously there is no service at all and how I supposed to receive a PIN number without signal? That is ridiculous. Big brain EE.

Upgrade and free gifts

Resolved! BT Hybrid Connect not working with EE
Recently transferred from BT to EE. BT Hybrid Connect was working along with BT Hub but since transfer has been flashing red ie no 4G signal ? I've tried to reset, switch off and on again etc but I'm not even sure if it's meant to work on the contra...
WiFi Pro Booster not getting a signal
I’m stumped with this. According to the EE app (manage, broadband) both my boosters show as ‘getting no signal’, if I click on them, they show as online (confirmed by the aqua light on the boosters) and that devices are connected to them and working....
Haven't received my Xbox GamePass activation details
I added an Xbox Bundle to my account. I recieved the console and my £70 game card but no gamepass activation details yet. The ee.co.uk/Xbox is showing nothing to activate. Any suggestions?
