Updating email address

I'm trying to make a SIM only upgrade . I changed my email address so I went into my account and updated it . It shows my new one in my profile information but when I go to submit my order it still shows my old email address

Could you try again today and see if the email address has now updated? 

If not, please call us on 150 and our mobile guides will make sure this is updated for you and help with the SIM Only upgrade 🙂

Thank you for your reply. I've just tried and it's still the same . When I go to submit my order from my basket it shows my old email address,
