Unrecognised Direct Debit

I’ve found an unrecognised direct debit coming out of my bank account from ee in addition to my direct debit set up for my account.

I have tried to call customer services with no luck. I’ve cancelled it from my end but urgently need to speak to ee customer services. How do I get through???

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve been trying to get through today already!
