Unlimited data

My account is for unlimited data through a sim card I have in a home router - when account was opened it was £24 per month which subsequently rose to 326.27 pet month and that was what I was charged )direct debit) each month - suddenly my July bill was £55.91 which included £29.64 "Add-ons" for "additional 10GB 16 july to 20 August".

On downloading the bill under data it says my plan allowance is 100GB with 2x data add-ons 21 July - 20 August) 100GB and "recurring add-ons" 20GB - the plan I took out was unlimited so why has it been changed without any contact or consultation with me ?

I have also moved house and went to change address online however I needed extra authorisation through a PIN number sent to the sim card number but, since this is in a home router not a phone, I can't receive it - how else can I get the address details changed ?

@Brikat1416 : You should be able to receive texts on it. Does it have an envelope LED? Most mobile routers can do SMS. Login to it & look for the SMS section.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
