Unknown charges on bill

Looking through my bills I have noticed there are small charges here and there on my bill and daughters bill. I pay these jointly. The charges seem to be 19p from psychic lines and also info charges 19p dotted here and there on bills but neither me or my daughter have been on these sites. This also happened last year and I went into an EE store who told me they stopped it. How many more have been conned by these hidden charges.

Also just noticed those charges no on my bills.

Not impressed.

60110 Psychic Chat Isomob - third party name 

At story we have changed my cap to 0 spend so hopefully it means those charges can’t be applied. 

Not massive amount 20p, 19p just concerning ,

Hi @Katy658868 

The Spend Cap doesn't restrict charge to bill services which you have been charged for. 

If you don't want to use Charge to Bill, just text the word 'BAR' to 150 or call 150 and we will add a bar to your number so you can't charge online purchases to it
