Hello there I’ve been on hold tonight for twenty minutes, got through, then put on hold and hung up on… then been on hold another 35 minutes!! My EE bill for my mobile has always been 33-36ish pound as I occasionally add some one off data if I need. Noticed on my banking app today the last two bills were around 60 pound! Logged into myEE and there are all these 1GB addons but I don’t understand why I’ve been charged all this extra when I have texts from EE saying I have no 1GB addons to remove! 😩😩😩

Unfortunately there isn't any account access on this forum.
It may be worth trying the online webchat to contact C/S who are the ones with access to your individual account.
What is the exact wording of the messages that say you have no add-ons?
