My company has set up an EE mobile line for our staff in the UK. Since we are based overseas, I'm having trouble downloading the EE app on my phone. Could you assist me in accessing the billing information through the online portal?

You can register for an EE account online on the EE Business account login page and select register. Once you have entered your details you would select user if this is a company account.

I set up a login account on the EE online portal and attempted to connect my staff account to it. When I input my staff phone number, the system prompts me for a 4-digit passcode. After entering the passcode, I received a message saying, "We could not find any products using the mobile number 0XXXXX22899." I would really appreciate your help with this issue.

This phone number was originally linked to my personal staff account. We successfully transitioned that account to a business account, but the company never actually set up the business account via EE online portal. I work in the finance team and am located outside the UK. I used my corporate email to create an account. Now, I would like to connect my staff phone number to my login account. I'm uncertain if I'm following the correct procedure.
