I switched to EE months ago and am still getting unable to access my bill. I also find the website really irritating ! You go round and round in circles on it.

I know how important it is to be able to check your bill.
What is happening when you try to view it? Do you see an error message?
Have you tried to view the bill on the EE app?
On your browser, can you try to clear the cookies and cache, and if possible, try another browser or device?
