Unable to see my bills online

When I log-in my EE account, I am unable to see my bills and contract details. Also, when I log-in, I see a notice popping out saying my account is cancelled. 

I have been signing up for a unlimited mobile data plus broadband package for a couple of months now, how could it be possible that my account is cancelled? Can anyone know what happened to the website?

Welcome to the EE Community

 

It sounds like you may have a separate cancelled account linked up to your EEID and not your current account, which is why you are seeing that message. When you login do you have the option to Link a product, it is usually at the bottom of the home page when you login.

Or if you select Profile in the top right of the website, the link a product button should be there to try and link up your current account.
