My bill was higher this month than normal but when i go to manage bill to verify why it keeps telling me it's unable to show me this month's bill. please help how i can get round that to see my bill ?

and refresh make no difference and i tried yesterday + today

Welcome to the community.
I know it can be a shock when your bill is higher than expected.
Do you see the same error when you try to view the bill in the EE app and when logged in through the website?
Is the error message coming up as soon as you select the Billing section, or when you try to select the bill for this month?

Thanks for your message. tried again just now and same message as i posted above. I get same error message on my phone app and the website and the error message is as soon as i go to manage -> Bills & Payments.
what else do you suggest i could do?

It it is happening on both the app and website, it could be account related, but it is worth trying to delete and re-install the app, and clear the cookies and cache from your browser just to see if that helps.
Have you been able to view bills in the past?
Has there been any changes on the account recently?
