Unable to buy sim only plan as an existing EE customer from EE Wbebsite ???

Tried buying all rounder plan with one extra  - £33 reduced to £20 . However, when you log in as ee customer,  the page reverts back to home and can't proceed further. Is it a con or technical issue?

Thanks for explaining there @cirexiunia.

If you haven't already I'd give this a try via a different device or browser.

If you continue to struggle though our team should be able to help you get this ordered, and if needs be we can have a check over how your account is set up too.

Having this exact issue. I am PAYGO, want to move to Sim Only as I have a device. I log in, select the sim, the page refreshes and goes to the phones on offer. I cannot add a Sim only to my basket.

@Babbkeduck : Follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

I know how to do it. The problem is the store doesn't let me do it. When I add a sim to the cart the page refreshes, there's nothing in my cart and it lands me on the handset page. I tried a handset to see and it still did the same. There is a cookie rejecting issue within the EE shop server that immediately refreshed and removed my EE cookie and reloaded the page.

@Babbkeduck : Doesn't sound as tho' you do. Just buying a new SIM isn't upgrading your PAYG SIM.

You are wrong.

I click to say I have PAYGO, I choose the options, it tells me to log in (even though I am logged in) and then refreshed back to the device page with nothing in my basket. It was there till it asked me to log in. And also, so you don't patronise afian, my wife did the very same but didn't choose that she had a PAYGO, and the moment she signed in it refreshed, removed items from the basket and kicked her back to the device page. This is a cookie issue, the web server is deleting cookies once a sign in happens. I know because I'm a web developer, I opened my cookies and watched the cookie change and become archived the moment I logged in and that's the issue, not me.

This is also not a device or WiFi issue, as we have tried on an iPhone, android tablet, windows PC, your app and on a MacBook, each device beung different, and using different browsers too.

I have removed the part where I add details. This happens on every single device, every single browser, and even with a fresh device that was not signed in to any account or service.
