I have been trying to access my bills for a while now and each time it states sorry something has gone wrong when clicking on bills.
I called 150 that took me to the messaging service. The staff member wrote that my number isn't being recognised and asked me for my billing account number. I wasn't sure if I should be sharing this due to the amount of scamers out there and explained I wasn't going to share this. They then asked me for personal information my full name and full address. I signed out of the chat as the page on scammers stated be cautious if they start asking for this type of information.
Can someone please help me access my bills?

@Shancoul12 You called customer support so how can that be a scam. you requested this by using option 1 when you called 150 from your device.
Instead of using the message service via option 1 listen to the options given and press option 2 and speak with customer support.
