I have a direct debit on my EE Sim on 11 sep but on that day .
I don't have enough money in my account so that direct debit get's cancelled by my bank and after four days from that incident i got the enough amount and I paid the pending due but now today again they take my amount for the same direct debit. They take the same amount from my account two times.
How can I get back my amount

If your first DD payment fails it automatically tries again a few days later. If you have paid this yourself then it will be taken twice. And overpayment is deducted from your next month's bill.
If you want a refund then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
Thanks

Hello @Vasanthakumar ,
Welcome to the community,
You should not have paid separately, as EE will try and take the payment, if at first they do not succeed. You should have waited as they always try again if it does not go through the first time.
Your payment will go as credit to be used for your next payment, but you could try and ring customer service by pressing option 2 and speak to billing to see if they can refund it to your bank account.
