Good morning
I am really not happy. I have spent the last 2 mornings off trying to upgrade my contract. I have rang up and they can't do it because I have a ee perk code so tried doing upgrading online but my code is not being accepted. I have rang back up and they said the code is fine and that they can't deal with it I have to talk to live chat. I did that for a hour yesterday for them to say they can't do it either. I have rang ee again today and not even a manager can sort my issue. Who can sort my issue before I end up taking my 3 lines that I have with you to another company

Thanks for coming to the community.
The team are right in saying they cannot put it through for you as the Perk codes are only available for online purchases now.
What is happening when you try to use the code online? Do you see an error?
What package are you trying to use it with?
Is it showing any kind of offer on it already?

Not to worry after 1hour phone call today and the call handler having 2 conversation with the manager they magically was able to agree to process my order with the ee perk code applied.
Just shows what can be done.
Thanks for your reply tho.
Hopefully not same issue when come to upgrade my other 2lines on my account
