My contract expires on Thursday but I want to keep my number active. Im getting kind of desperate, Im currently in Australia, I've called +447953 966150 14 times over three days and +447953 966250 ten times but cannot get through.
I used the chat function on the app, the first time the '25 minute wait' ended up being 6 and a half hours. This morning my 'hour' is currently 90 minutes.
Is there a way to get a call back, or alternate means to contact them? Ive been with EE for a long time and communication has never been a problem

Another option is to use a web-calling app such as Skype, to call +44 800 9566000
Otherwise the previous posts are bang-on. You have a rolling contract with a minimum term - unless you make a change, service will continue as normal.
How desperately does this need to be resolved before you return to the UK?...

@swampy442 Your contract will not just end at the minimum term date and cut you off. After the minimum term date you’ll change to a 30 day rolling contract until you decide to upgrade/change provider.

I want it to end, but transfer the number to a pay as you go sim, the request for a way to contact EE, or get them to contact me

@swampy442 you cannot change to a PAYG to retain your number whilst overseas and have use of it.

- Airtime Rewards still not being taken off my bills after contacting customer ser in Offers & Add-ons
- Netflix Activation not working in Offers & Add-ons
- Is the £35 unlimited data pack still an option on pay as you go in Pay as you go
- Ivan gave amazing customer service on the phone in Contracts & Billing
- Unable to upgrade in Contracts & Billing
